Special "Electrical Airstep": Deals 15% of enemies' current HP in True damage to one enemy and removes enemies' Increased Defense buff duration completely. If your captain is a [STR] or [INT] character, boosts ATK of all characters by 1.75x for 1 turn and adds 0.65x to Chain multiplier for 1 turn.
